Just to recap, The venue will be The walnut Tree at Yalding, Kent.

Poll for dates & numbers. You can vote for 1 or both dates so if both suit, vote for both & we will go with the majority.

THIS POLL WILL RUN FOR 7 DAYS ONLY SO WE CAN GET THE BOOKING IN!

If I spent half my time riding, I'd (i) be much more proficient and (ii) leave you blokes for dust. Hope that doesn't sound like a challenge, because I cannot meet my end of it! Sadly, making facetious comments online takes little time and does at least transport me, just for a moment, into the saddle, swooping around a nice open bend (in the correct gear [ahem]) and firing off down the following straight to execute a series of swift and safe overtakes.

    Hey Ho.

For the moment, I have to dream.

Ha, ha! I'm retaxing this month to enable me to feel guilty when it's dry but cold and I really don't object to riding in the rain! I need the practise, after all. Am looking forward to both Christmas dinners!

OK Poll is now closed & you fine lads & lasses have voted for the 14th December so what we need now is definite numbers so I can get it booked ASAP to ensure we can have the date we want.

The Walnut Tree requires a £5.00 (non returnable) deposit per person ON BOOKING with the balance to be paid on the day.

I have attached a copy of the menu for you to download & see whats available. Please also make a choice & you can submit it when you pay the deposit. Although its not 100% clear on the menu but its the steak that carries the £3 supplement & not the salmon, Sue phoned the Walnut Tree for clarification.

If you are definitely coming, please add your (& your partners, if applicable) name to the list below & I will PM you with details on how to pay the deposit. NO DEPOSIT, NO BOOKING!

I`m coming to the 2013 SECB Christmas party, please save me a seat!
    Roadie & Sue
