    depends if you fancy an excuse for a long ride :p - Motorcycle workshop used to do it for £29 I think...possibly even £25 for regulars... thats in Bolney.

    Pete @ Moton is good. Normally take it there and not far from you. Bit more expensive than the above but then less fuel as in Hastings.

    I use either moton in hastings or the motorcycle man in Bexhill depending which one can do it when I remember its due
