    Hey all. A few things:
Deposit - Panel Man will pay that today. Will post his bank details later so that people can transfer the deposit money to him.
    Payment for meal:
    • Richard is happy to use his card on the night. That way if anyone wants to just transfer the whole amount to him including the 10% (of course that also includes the £10 deposit) then he is more than happy for that to happen. Just pm me if that's what you are going to do so I can keep track.
    • Pay remainder, minus the deposit, in cash on the night
I am not sure about this as the pub may not be happy with dealing with lots of people ringing up to pay for meal and them keeping track of who's paid for what and when? I would have to ask them about this.

As for drinks and extras. Probably best to keep a tab and then settle that in cash (or card at the bar? will check) at the end of the night. Be easier to keep it totally separate from the food money just to save confusion.

Clear as muck I reckon :D:D
