    A Government warning said anyone travelling in the recent icy and snowy conditions ought to take a shovel, blankets or a sleeping bag, extra clothing including a scarf hat and gloves. A 24 hour supply of food and drink, de-icer, rock salt, torch and spare batteries. A safety triangle a tow rope and jump leads. ​

    I must have looked a right twat on the bus this morning.​
