For those (if any…lol) are situated on the Western fringe of Sussex, I'm leading a ride from PP to Loxwood via a interesting roads. I say interesting, because I've never actually ridden them, but I have made sure there is no grass growing in the middle (via Google Road View).

    Departing about 18:15

I reckon its about 45-55 min or so. Stopping for a bite to eat or drink or whatever takes your fancy at either Onslow Arms or Tichborne.

This should give enough time for people to get back home before dark (presuming you don't live miles away).

    :)

This is very tempting, but I'm not sure if I could make PP by 18.15. So I think for this one all I can say is, if I'm there, I'm there and if not the time was too tight and I've gone for a ride elsewhere. There is probably no grass in the middle of the roads coz the goats have eaten it...If I don't make it have a goodun

Hi Jim, yes we do. As you come into the services the road bends to the left, lorry bays are to your right. We usually park up in the corner car bays at your 11 O'clock.

I am so glad I managed to get to PP in time. Very enjoyable evening. Hoppielimp led a 16 bike train through the Sussex countryside. I would love to know what went through his mind when he rode round the corner & saw all the bikes waiting for him to take them on an enjoyable ride. Great choice of pub, the food looked yummy and the setting was perfect by the canal. Well worth a stop off if anyone is in the area of Loxwood.:)
