    The problem with the Transfagarasan highway is its probably a LOT busier with tourists since it was featured on Top Gear. Would still like to try it one day though :)

    Transf... Tran... Wot you said. I think that would tie even Jane in knots. I'm sure there are loads of good routes in Good Old UK - what about the Hard Knot/Wrynose Pass in the Lake District?

    I wanted to upload a pic of a road that we did in Morrocco in the Landy. But I keep getting message file to large, I went in to Photoshop lowered the quality it is now only some 536 kb but I still cannot upload. how do I do it?

    This was one of the rides I had planned on my retirement. unfortunately for various reasons not been able to get on bike as much as I`d hoped. Perhaps 2015 will be better.

    Hope so. As for making your picture smaller, I know there's a sticky on here somewhere, but as I don't know wher eit is, you may want to down load 'Shrink pic' from the net - it seems to get my pictures small enough to post ok while keeping the size ratio correct.

    There weren't any UK ones on the site bar Ireland, but there defo some pretty cool
    I've had to start using Shrinkpic to upload to here. Also it seems that if the photo isn't jpeg and you change it to that - it makes it small enough. I am sure the more techy guys will give you a better way to do it though.

    File needs to be under 200kb mate. Rather than lower the quality, try resizing it to something like 800 x 600.

    This is one of the roads we did in Morrocco last spring in my Landy disco. My son Ashley push biked up here a couple of years earlier. Rather him than me, think it would be quite good to ride up on the bike.
