30th October. Brands hatch. No limits. My first track day is booked. If anyone else wants to join, your more than welcome. I’ve entered for novice as it’s first time on the track and the bike. I know @Mikey is coming along. Maybe see you there!

I'll wait until closer to the track day and see what the weather is doing.

The weather said something similar about a track day my mates recently went on ... then on the day it rained hard and they packed up at lunchtime!

So on reflection... full of drama, misery and heartache not to mention flipping cold, but overall a good day, thanks to pop up rob for the jump leads and @lammyR6 for braving the flipping cold to cheer us on, @Rev feel sorry you only got one lap but I still enjoyed your company all day, fingers crossed for next time. So to sum things up, flipping cold but still a good day.

Seeing that bird bought back memories. I was lucky I wasn't going as fast but I still count myself lucky to have stayed on. I think my Marsh Harrier was smaller but it seemed absolutely HUGE close up.

Disappointing to only get one lap all be it a bit lumpy. But we’re a step closer to diagnosiing the problems, dodgy coil pack and too much fuel. So strip the carbs down again, see if I’ve missed anything. Get the coil pack tested and replace if needed. Looking for March 3rd track day now. Cold and wet maybe snowy too.
