Monday's trackday...what fun! Was great to see @NAPA121, @Miky_G as well as a few others of the usual motley crew :D. Thanks @Mikey for being the 'essential helper' too :D. Felt so great to be back at the track.

Signing on took ages but not having to do a briefing or noise testing was a bonus. MSV are thinking of making the online briefing a normal thing but it depends on how successful it is. If they signing on speeds up then it will definitely make the mornings less of a rush when you arrive at track.

The first session went despite feeling a little rusty. However when I came in Jack wondered why my bike was hissing. It turned out that it was spitting out the rad water somewhere. We got an idea of where the leak was but couldn't quite pinpoint it. So I emptied the water out of the belly pan and went out again in session 2 hoping the bike wouldn't throw a hissy. When I came back in the same thing happened but this time the cause was located and, with the help of Pete's trusty tools, the jubilee was tightened and fingers crossed that the issue was solved.

The rest of the day went great. Fun sessions, a laugh with fellow track day friends and a mystery gift of two Shoei beanies. Happy days

I have to echo what Lammy already stated, it was a very enjoyable day. It also goes better with some lunchtime cake so thank you Lammy for that :)

I'm on nights at the moment and away this weekend but the videos from the day should be up next week.
