Best riding route from Lewes to Guildford

    I'm going to a friends BBQ (or party if it's raining!) in Guildford on Saturday so thought I'd take the bike and get a nice ride in on the way over.

    This looks like the best route, but given I don't know the roads would appreciate input from any folks that do.

    A272 is a nice road

    A272 is also the biggest blackspot in Sussex for bike accidents as well so if you do use it, be careful as its heavily policed by both marked & unmarked vehicles.
