Yes, I know its 4 months away, but it'll soon be Christmas too!

I usually lead an overnight run once a year for the Boxhill Forum, and this year is no exception. The night of 22/23 June is the shortest Saturday night of the year so that's the chosen date. It's also full moon on the 23 June so it'll be ever so romantic.

meet at Blackheath Tea Hut (SE3 0UA)
    for a midnight departure
    destination Market Diner (BN2 9QF)
    route to be decided
pace will be dictated by ability to see!

The Blackheath Tea Hut and Market Diner are a couple of the few all night cafes left now. They are also not a million miles away from most people's homes, easy to get to and easy to find.

As this requires a bit more commitment than your usual rideout put the date in your diary and watch this space.
Everyone welcome and I can guarantee you'll enjoy it.

Count me in! The route's probably Blackheath / New Addington / Godstone / East Grinstead / Lewes / Brighton, right?

If I told you the route I'd have to kill you .
But it probably won't be that route.

I try to use a variety of roads (but NO motorways) and usually make it up as I go along.
Ask carnage, he'll tell you  .

It's good that there's interest already. I'll bump this every so often, just to keep it in people's radar.

Yes, do bump it, I'll need reminding but may well be up for this, depending on work.

That's different to the usual ride-outs. Can't commit yet but definitely interested.

Out of curiosity, is it done as a charity ride-out or just for fun?

You can always buy my breakfast in Brighton!

As Pete said, it's just for fun, and it usually is :).

I did mention it first, sorry! :red:

You're absolutely right, it shouldn't be mentioned before December 18 in my opinion.

You sure you shouldn't cancel it because of the snow? :)
