Barbera sentenced 6 months Jail

I appears so. It's also in the Spanish paper El Pais. Also says that both he and his girlfriend have been given 14 months restraining orders from eachother. He may be able to do community service instead of 6 months prison but it will be one of the other as he has previous for drink driving. She has no previous so, although given 5 months, will probably just get a suspended sentence.
Providing my Spanish is not too rusty then I'm pretty sure I translated right lol!

 

At the minute all they are saying on the Spanish news is that it is unsure whether he will race at Le Mans but due to an wrist injury he sustained during the last race weekend. His team have issued a statement that sort of says they "hope to put this situation behind them now that both parties have reached an agreement" (I guess that means relating to the court case and sentencing). In other words - no one is really saying yet!

 

Now he`s got his new bike I think you may see less of him anyway
