French Trip ...

    So quick question ... I maybe totally stupid (maybe ? - My missus) but is there any restrictions on travling to france on L plates ? if so whats the laws etc same as over here or not ? .. thanking you all in advance :)

    They do not have L plates in France. I think you need a full GB Licence and I suspect your Insurer would not be happy.

    if you have had a full car license for more than two years then you can but if not then you need a minimum of an A1 licence

    Ah ok ... well a1 isn't much cheaper then my das so choice is obviously das haha

    To be fair, if your over 24 you may as well go DAS else you`ll only have to wait 2 years & still take another test.
