I started at 49 and then reduced the time taken and hence my apparent age to 20 because it took several goes for me actually to understand what I am supposed to do. Oh, and I was playing on my phone, where the contact time between my finger and the screen takes more time than just pressing my computer mouse. I kept looking at all the road signs in case a 'STOP' sign appeared. I was thus somewhat startled by the unlikely occupation of most of the available screen space by a STOP sign. In real life, of course, you have to identify the hazard, figure out what to do and then do it. I have been told that the Highway Code braking distances are based upon (i) last Century braking technology but more relevantly (ii) a group of service personnel in their early 20s who performed the same task repetitively.

Gosh, don't I sound like a Miserable Git? Sorry everyone!!
