The one they list A22 Eastbourne is not in Eastbourne it is in Halland just up from the Roundabout, and that Camera was put there because the House by the road EX policeman pushed and pushed for it as drivers accelerating up the hill woke him up at night, there are no accidents there never has been, it is going the wrong way, in the wrong place in the village, rather pointless when they sit a 1/4 of a mile up the road as a mobile unit often, because the camera is pointless, also there has been more accidents since the Village has gone from a 50 to a 30 MPH, the only fatal I am aware of is a suicide driver who on purposely drove into a car, well up from the Camera.

Ha...really ? Wheelie Bin Camera ? I think someone has been smoking something. That wouldn't even last a day, before someone nicked it, put a rock through it, sprayed it or simply just rammed it into oblivion.
