A Good Reason Not To Bother With A Laser Jammer

So a smart-arse speeding and making rude gestures gets convicted in court based on his own testimony.

Cops didn't even have evidence of his speeding.

Had he kept his mouth shut, they would have had nothing.
Had he refrained from making gestures to the cameras, they probably wouldn't even have bothered with him.

 

A traffic cop is one of the few Police officers who can give evidence of opinion with regards to speed offences.

Many people don't realise that you can be reported for an offence called speed reckless which is uncoroborated and relies purely on the evidence of opinion by a traffic policeman.

It does not get used very often mainly because most of todays traffic cops have not been taught about it, but its there.
