    To improve the low morale of the French navy after 200 years of being beaten by us, the Dutch, Spanish &...well almost everybody, it was finally thought time to give them a rousing national war cry. After much thought by senior officers it was decided to use "To the sea, the hour has come!" Unfortunately when translated into a proper language it's "A l'eau, c'est l'heure".
