I should be back on the bike by then - properly instead of 30 minutes riding followed by 90 minutes cursing - so would be up for this.

Porkys (good for coffee and breakie) is the cafe on the A127, it's the Burnham Bends you want, and theres a nice little cafe (nicer for lunch than porkys) at the end of them

If you interested Ill find out the name and location of the nicer eaterie, might be even tempted to join you :)

Did Burnham Bends with Skortchio earlier in the year and stopped at that cafe, perhaps it would be wisest to let "he who lives in essex" organise a route? :p

    Fuck googlemaps, frankly.
I've just wasted 45 minutes making a route, saving it and linking it here only for it to jumble the whole thing into a random mess of directions.

If I can resist smashing my monitor I may try again later.

Don't think a google maps route is really needed that much, as long as your up for the ride and can direct us then that is good enough for me...think us lot coming up from down south will probably meet at the Oakdene to "group up" prior to doing the final leg to yours, that way everybody can do their own routes up there and we only have a short motorway run.
