3 spaces for tomorrow nights dinner at the Old Vine

Hi guys, 3 people have had to drop out for tomorrow nights dinner but unfortunately we lose the money for cancellations within 48 hours so if anyone fancies coming along to take their places, please give me a shout ASAP. Its £25.95 a head. T x

 

Whats the food ordered on the cancellations?

 

I don't care - if there's spare food going, I shall be glad to help them deal with it

 

Just a thought...If it's not refundable & nobody extra comes, could be used for drinks instead? Then we could pay those back that couldn't go.

 

doesnt work like that, the money has already gone towards the food payment, so you get charged for 34 peoples food whether they come or not if you cancel within 48 hours. The manager is trying to find out if the food has already been ordered or not.
