CBR 600 R SHOCK SETTINGS

    As per the title, i don't suppose anyone on here would know the base settings for a 2003/4 model?

    I did have a set up guide but it's lost from the garage of doom!:think1: Think the mrs used it for propping up the ironing board.

    CBR600F4i 2001 - 2006
    Front Preload: 4 rings visible
    Front Compression: 1.25 turns out from maximum
    Front Rebound: 1.75 turns out from maximum
    Rear Preload: Position 3
    Rear Compression: 1.5 turns out from maximum
    Rear Rebound: 1.5 turns out from maximum

    CBR600RR 2003 - 2004
    Front Preload: 4 rings visible
    Front Compression: 2 turns out from maximum (punch aligned)
    Front Rebound: 2.5 turns out from maximum (punch aligned)
    Rear Preload: Position 3
    Rear Compression: 7 clicks out from maximum (punch aligned)
    Rear Rebound: 1.75 turns out from maximum (punch aligned)

    If you want track / fast road settings, try these (although of course it'll depend on how much you weigh etc etc, so you'll also have to sort your sag);

    Suggested baseline (rider of 155lb...170lb with gear):
    front preload: 3 lines showing
    front rebound damping: 1 turn out
    front comp. damping: 1.5 turns out
    rear preload: 4 of 8
    rear rebound damping: .5 turns out
    rear comp damping: 6 clicks out
