    I will try my best also to get up and out! Decent forecast is a definite attraction. A bit of bike maintenance will be needed first, though (Maintenance? Wot's that?) as I haven't put air in the tyres for a week or so...

    No plans yet. Thought I'd wait and see who was up for it and then go from there. Plus I am hopeless at making decisons :confused: (typical Libran lol!!) But will have a clearer plan before the end of today :D

    It's been quite pleasant on the bike the last couple of days, but back down to 4 degrees tomorrow. Still, what the hell. I am happy to dream up a route going either east or west from the Blueboys. Otherwise happy to follow from anywhere else.

    Would be good to do a different route. Those of us from here could meet at 1066 maybe then head up to Blue Boys and go from there? Plus Richard - you could find us at Blue Boys much more easily ;)

    I've just Googled MTBing and Friston, because I thought it might mean Motor Torpedo Boat or FacePerson textspeak for 'motorbiking', but apparently it's 'mountain biking'. Just the thing with a wonky knee! But all the MTB entries/sites/discussions have no mention of nearby cafes at all - do these guys just eat Powerbars and swig ionised water?

    I reckon looks like a good route, as long as Jim can put it on his GPS as I would get lost hee hee! Only thing is the A259 from Eastbourne can get pretty busy, maybe we could find a more inland route from Seaford (think Tom has one he found that has a few nice twisties?).
    What time do you guys want to get out and shall we start from Blue Boys and end at the 1066?
