    I'm doing a fitness instructor course. Wanted to get the brain working again and need to swat up on anatomy and physiology so thought I'd break myself in gently! Wonder if I can dredge any former knowledge out of dark recesses of my brain lol!!

    The lovely smell of almonds from my leather cream... and the fact that my Dainese jacket now looks nice and clean, instead of a final resting place for the 1001 bugs and critters that have splattered against it.
