Was a little ticked off while cycling the coastal path from Looe this pm, when all the bearing dropped outta the rear chainset after the freewheel pegs gave up . Still was fun riding it that way the 18 miles back.

after speaking to neil at Gedge's Honda in Hastings on saturday re my Stator issue, warranty and repairs etc, he did origionally say he would get back to me today . He hasnt! Ive just called him and he's done nothing, not even rang Honda to confirm about the 'extended' warranty.

I know i probably expect a lot but when he says ''sorry were flat out here'', i'm just thinking, well can you please include my bike in your ''working flat out'' !!!!

 

You really do need to keep on their backs.....don't be afraid to put your foot down with a firm hand. If they think they can evade, they will. It's the selling they spend the time on willingly! If no joy there, would it be an idea to get in contact with Honda yourself? Then maybe you could opt for a garage of your choice to sort it?
It does annoy me when people feel guilty about expecting a decent service from somewhere....IT IS NOT EXPECTING A LOT TO EXPECT SOME AFTER SALES SERVICE......ahh thas better....*breathes in*

Yes, very. Just spent 4 hours being talked to about HIV, STI's by someone who knew little more than me.

Just done our monthly banking/bill paying stuff - and noticed we still have the same amount in our savings account as we did last oct .. but ted has £50 a week transferred from wages to savings - checked that account and the £50 has been going out . but NOT going into our savings account .. so gotta ring them tomorrow and see where the bloody money has gone to ?? !!
