Not until you've done your jobs. Like painted your house & moved the scaffold. Sorry...can't anyway.

Nice seeing Paul and Rob again, shame we didn't manage the rideout. I am snowed under with exhaust jobs at the moment, but it's nice to get out and enjoy the sunshine. Paul phoned the RAC about 1300ish and he turned up at 1545!!! Great service eh? He did plug his tyre to allow him to ride home though, otherwise it would have bben another hour waiting for recovery!!!

Might've said before...& I know it won't help Paul now but I usually fill mine with Puncture Seal when the tyre is new/pre puncture. Costs £25 with enough for 2 tyres, doesn't make a mess inside & is the only one guaranteed to the speed rating of the tyre so not just a 'get you home' fix. Only works for smallish holes though.

I used to do the same on my 50`s as an `Erbert. Just stick a load of Tyre Weld in them before you get the punctures :)

Thanks for the company and tea today alan, sorry we didnt manage a ride out, nice to meet u also rob. Will look into getting tire sealer of some description les. Thought no slime etc would be safe as when will you know when or how many punctures you have, will have to read up on it

I think the idea is you don't need to know you've had one, as it's supposed to seal small holes at the time without losing much pressure. There'll be a pink spot for a short time where the stuff has filled the hole but that soon goes.
