Anyone got a sidecar/quad/trike?

    This is a request for some nice person to do a good turn for someone less fortunate than themselves.
    I support people with quite severe learning disabilities. We have one quite frail guy in his 70s who would love a go on a bike, but he's never going to get his leg high enough to get on a normal one. The best bet would be an old-fashioned sidecar with a door for easy access, but any other suggestions gratefully received. Anyone know someone who could take him for a spin or where I could borrow one from? (First option best as I've never ridden a combo!).

    You may be right there, we do take risks with our guys to give them a better quality of life as long as they are well thought through, but I'm just not sure how he'd be having to hold on to a bike - hate to see him sliding off!

    I always did.....but always got a bollocking, never mind that no one had kicked off and everyone was chilled and happy. But I would not risk pillion.
