    Perry at HM Racing! Despite pressing down on my bike and muttering "There is something very wrong with the rear end" he then got on the case and 4 hours later returned a bike to me that is 80% better and no longer tries to kick me off! The other 20% is the need for new tyres not a lack of success in his work!

    Seeing a lass riding a 125 through Lewes... slightly wobbly but overall pretty good... reminded me of myself when I was learning... I really wanted to assure her that it would get a lot better once she'd passed her test and got a bigger bike. :)

    I hated riding small bikes... I just never felt comfortable or stable. Guess that explains why I went the other way then!

    leaving eastbourne this evening and seeing as Leila had no front right indicator i decided to give her an escort to hastings which as it turns out only has left turns anyway :dunce: and when i got home i discovered that i didn't have a front left indicator so was totally pointless :hah:

    Yesterday actually, but it was so smiley I'm posting regardless!

    Visitors! They came and drank my coffee, broke my kettle (and car stereo), chatted, pointed out problems with the Mini and then left in a flurry of exhaust notes. But it was great to see you guys, I've missed you!

    As if that wasn't great enough, then I sucessfully reprofiled a carb needle by eye and netted a much healthier response in the throttle on the car.
    Clearly I'm going to file it a bit more! :D

    On top of that, the new suspension is great! Feels like the wheels actually go up and down over bumps, so well in fact that I blew a wheel arch off coming home by hitting a pot hole...
    Luckily, Stars & Stripes gave me some spares, so it's all okay!
