    I watched a new Range Rover being repossessed after the owner put two clamps on the wheels to prevent them taking it. Repo man just lost it & drove it round the corner anyway, tearing both back wings to bits, prat.

    on those sort of clamps it is, but you dont normally use them, usually use ones with a chain that wraps around the wishbone and covers the whole wheel
