WMMST? Discovering today that I got a bloody great nail in my rear tyre on my solo ride yesterday.

Why did it make me smile? Because I thought it was an engine noise.:red::dunce::rofl:

I did manage to get out on my bike today (hooray); I didn't make up my mind in time to post up and be able to ride with some of you folks (boo). I spent a while nattering to my Mum and drinking her tea (hooray); had to break my ride home at Lamberhurst in search of somewhere to pee (boo). There were some public loos in the car park just behind the pub (hooray); the Gents was bloody well locked (boo, bugger, boo). There was a field just behind though (hooray Phew!); with cows (boo).

It's amazing what a couple of beers can sort out...

It's enough to make a man religious. No, actually the beers I drank when I got home again. But wouldnt that be a neat trick?

Hearing that my boss has spent this last weekend at his place in Portugal with a bunch of his business buddies and hired out a Sunseeker (his mate paid for it) for the day. They got a good deal apparently - food and drink included in the hire...However, it did have to re-dock so that they could re-stock the alcohol! The six of them drunk it dry in a couple of hours! Not bad considering the avergae of them is around the 50 mark! :D

    Two things...

Firstly, getting a pay rise! Now does this mean my boss has recognised my hard work over the past few months and wants more?

Secondly, coming home to my house being filled with the smell of freshly cooked cakes by my daughter!

    :):D:):D

Get a Gus II (aka Hornet - although no Hornets in Aus so may have to look at some other type) for shared run around bike, get me the upgrade I want (?? CBRF dunno) and get him the Blade!!
