    Popped to the Hastings food and wine thing and came back with some goodies...stupidly hot chilly olive oil, omg! My mouth is alight chilly chutney and holy shite I think my head is going to explode chilly jam! Oh and some ciabatta too :) my mouth actually feels like its on fire right now!

    More football. Son number one lifted man of the match trophy and scored two goals. The second from well outside the area to lob the keeper. Happy son, happy dad - awesome!!

    Don't lose the spacers and just keep an eye on left / right as they maybe different as well as which way around the spacer fits...maynot matter...but after the fact will be too late.

    That's me done for a while, having my BAHA bolt fitted Friday so no crash hat for a few weeks.
