Having a pre 2000 bike license (which came with a B1) means I don't need a theory test for my B ! That'll save a bit of time.

    Will do what I can!

Wednesday's test ride (ZX10) is up Watford way so opposite direction of you as is next Monday's - I'm heading along the coast to the other side of the New Forest to play on the Benelli Tornado and maybe an MV Augusta F4. :skip:

They don't have any RS models left, only the standard and the LE... LE looks sooooo pretty, just twice as much as the standard, but still cheaper than the ZX10 and S1000RR!

Sounds like the triple wins. Good/unusual choice I think.;)

Only by £201 on the std RR , £299 on the Non-ABS ZX10R & £1299 for the ABS model. What do you get on the LE that pushes the price up to double Hanna?

Not enough, basicly :D Ohlins suspension instead of Marzocchi, and Marzocchi wheels instead of Brembo. Plus a badge.

£6k for the standard model is fooking steal!

So its about 6grand for 2 wheels, a set of suspension, a badge & possibly a paintjob. Bargain! ;)

Yeah, there are other bits, including the frame... but I don't know enough about bikes to understand it all!

Right now I'm in kid/candy shop mode... so many bikes/choices... I just need to see how all the test rides go over the next couple of weeks and go from there. S1000RR is still top contender though.

So bugger all you'll ever notice :p
That said, it is 13kg lighter - but that's a lot of cash for a bit of weight saving.

I started typing out all the differences, and there are quite a few, but I got bored and have things to do.

IF I go for a Benelli then I'll deal with the question of the standard versus LE then... it's not a concern right now. Right now I'm more interested in playing with the ZX10 on Wednesday!

I'd not bother yourself with what they come with, see which feels the most natural and confidence inspiring.

Oooh, enjoy your test rides Hanna. Sounds fun. :D

What made me smile today? Um...the fact that my all-day-meeting actually finished at 2.30pm. Phew.

I was standing at Cannon Street stn earlier, waiting for my train to come in... I had 20 mins, so I got my book out... The opening line of the next chapter was this...
“Gunther Glick had assumed control of the computer...”
    What I read was...

“Gixxer Chick had assumed control of the computer...”

... lol, I think I spend too much time on here... :D
