I bought the Power 1 from Halfords about a month ago... I'm pleased to see it's rated here...

  9. GPS 1 4T can be found cheaper somewhere, not sure where, but very close to me, and another very good oil smells of strawberries, Motul 300V fully synth,

I know Ope-oils can sometimes undercut the price, but once you figure in the postage Halfrauds is cheaper if you can collect.

The most important thing - the oil must be the same as the service manual says (5,10,15 at30.40, etc.). Mark Oil-matter of personal taste and wallet.:) Castrol from Halfords, hmmm, of course, Castrol is a good , lot of people uset them coz in Halfords it is a leading brand.;).I do not know exactly what year is your R1 (Looks like 05-07 on the pic) ,So if you want Castrol Power 1 Racing is the best for You 10W-50 but 10W40 is also good:) Think on this::) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamalube-...ycle_Parts&hash=item1e659908dd#ht_1851wt_1344
