It's my eyesight I'm more concerned with. But yes, otherwise I agree, it would be nice to meet some folks before the year is out. :)

Sounds daft but check your visor. Some of them have a coating on the inside which is supposed to stop them misting but can cause bright lights to look slighly blurred. Mine does this and with a pair of sun glasses I bought earlier this year it created a blue haze around things!

thats true, i have to make sure i clean my visor more for night riding than i do for the daytime due to the glare i get. Plus it's a real pain with glasses on hence why i normally always go for contacts these days. There are a few yellow tint visors and sunglasses that will help remove glare are are suited to night riding.

Yeah, at night time I usually ride with the visor up. Last night was just a bit much really - spooked me a bit. I'll try again tomorrow and see how I feel.

My balaclava has come out. :ninja: Along with the M&S thermals. :red:

C`mon Choco. Be Brave ;) Seriously though, Its not going to be a late one so you shouldn`t have to ride in the dark if you`re not comfortable with it.

Will try to make this either @ the 1066 for Brekkie or direct to Uckfield dependant on the time I get up.

would there be room for a newbie ? Trade in my varadero 125 for a Versys 650 tomorrow. Not sure what my plans are for Sunday, but could probably do with the oportuninty to get used to it. Probably ride like an old lady though!

Of course there is munkey! This whole ride is geared towards new riders as well as smaller engined bikes so there`ll be no problems there.
