    Successfully completing oil & filter change on the Daytona and going off to play 9 holes of golf with a mate shortly, having not played since last August due to waiting for heel operation.. Having said that, at about 4pm I could be posting in the 'whats pissed me off' section re--golf.

    great hour and a half spent belting balls in all directions with a mate. 9 horrendous holes of golf. And seeing my blood sugar drop to 4.2 which is the only excuse I have these days for eating chocolate.:)
