Getting home, just now after leaving for a Dr.'s appointment at 10am, being herded to the hospital and having to wait about until gone 2pm for a blood test only for it to be too late to get the car back in a drivable state (ie. with seats in it) to get down and help out with the move of PM's mate.

Admittedly I wasn't going to be much use with the actual moving but I could play inspiring music at least!

Just out of interest, what would you class as inspiring music for moving? ;)

Just dont make the mistake that I did and tell the insurers it was 3 separate occassions, tell them it was all one incident that did whatever damage

Actually they wont, the best way to prevent all that crap is to run barefoot. Trainers are actually MORE likely to cause problems and the more expensive the trainer makes no difference. I did an assignment on this once, Ill see if I can find some research but look on Which? first for their report before you buy anything. There are also trainer shops that film you running and look at your gait and recommend trainers.

    Thanks For the advise Tanya,
One with insurance, other two paid cash, the car was parked for two of them and I was stationary in the other one, only minor bumps but the car is only 4 months old!!!.
Glad it's a company car other wise I would be pi**ed
I guess I was lucky to actually see the deeds.

Thanks Tanya. The trainers were the result of a gait analysis (spelling?) due to the fact that I am now running between 10-15k at a time (3-4 times a week) in preparation for a marathon. It just turned out that of all the ones I tried they happened to be the most comfy, offered the support where I needed it and the most expensive! Still, like I say (and have been told) it pays to have the right trainer when attempting to cover 26 miles.:)

    I was so nearly done.
It doesn't matter that its hidden in the door jam and you'd need a map to find it, I know its there!

Finding out that the reason I'd not heard from a friend in a few days, (they pretty much text me every day) was because they've been in hospital having been beaten up quite badly by a random group of strangers. :fume:
