As the subject, what has been your biggest disappointment in life so far?

Mine was probably as a kid, about 7 yrs old, getting "Tin Can Alley" for Christmas only to find it didn`t shoot anything other than a beam of light. To make matters worse, you had to use it in nigh on darkness as the sensor was so sensitive just the ambient daylight light from a window would make all the cans "Pop" off off the base.

So, whats been your biggest disappointment so far?

There's a few but anyhoo, i was 30ish, Twas the night before Christmas, really it was, and the new Allen & Heath 'midi' muting super doopa 32 channel mixing desk i had bought 2 weeks earlier had just arrived by courier. :Mdance::bounce:

I always check any expensive item before singing for it :cautious: and ................Upon opening It, all i could see was box containing said mixing desk, but one that had been partially dismantled and stripped  It was wrecked.....FFS.... :cry2: :fume: :fume: :fume:

Apparently some muppet:mdance: took the wrong box from the repairs warehouse instead of the stockroom...:(

Failing my 11 plus.... I was really gutted, at the time I was mad on Bikes my parents had promised to buy me a new Racing Bike if I passed,
On the bright side, this event brought me down to earth and made me realise that Im not as clever as I once thought I was :D

My biggest disappointment was the film 'Snakes on a Plane' as I had no idea what it was about before I watched it. I discovered that the film is about snakes on a plane. The end, roll credits.

Being with Stan Bayliss, (Australian Sidecar champion) Piers Forrester ( Barry Sheenes mate and 750 racer) and John Gillies , who had a badly broken leg from racing at either Dundrod or Ulster, (Honda racing) in a posh pub in Chelsea just round the corner of Piers flat and getting chatted up by a very very high class hooker, She was dead posh and very good looking, and she bought me all my drinks, and by all accounts I was in!!!! But after all the piss taking I was to embarrassed to follow it up...... Bastards!

This sounds like one of those recommended 'killer questions' you dread when going to a job interview. So, just in case any potential investors are reading this, my answer is, 'Not being able to stop myself working, even at weekends and in the evenings'.

I'll tell you the more truthful response in person at some point!
