Big Rideout Sunday 15th, 1066 cafe at 1000am,leave at 11ish

Hi Alex, will be nice to have you along.
Jay, the 1066 is just south of Robertsbridge on the A21, on the right, just before John's cross Camping shop.
I'll post the route if I can find it, do you guys remember? Heathfield , Ringmer, Barcombe mills , Plumpton College etc???

 

Hi Finchy, if you like we could meet at Tunbridge Wells train station at 11.00 and ride up the A267 (good road) to meet with the others 11.30 at JW Groombridge

 

Alex - that sounds like a good plan as I know where the train station is. Do you know what route the others are taking and where JW Groombridge is (or what it is)?

Alan - does this work ok for you?

 

J W Groombridge or "Grabbers" is a bike sales place at Cross-in-hand, just outside of Heathfield......virtually opposite the Esso petrol station.....might meet you lot up there....if you see a VN900 with cobweb mirrors, that'll be me!

 

Suits me Jay if everybody is ready to roll by 1100, well meet you at the Esso. Don't wanna stop there though, wanna carry on to Ditchling for a stop at the pub!!! See you for breakfast Leila?

 

I'll be heading up to Brands also but will stop at 1066 for brekkie.

havnt got it yet waiting til june so less fiance to pay off which gives me more money for something newer.

 

will see how things go alan.. only got back from holiday late last night so trying to catch up on things today, hopefully leaving sun to have a relaxing day before going back to working with my dad next week

 

Finchy - I'll meet you at the rear entrance to Tunbridge Wells station (outside Morrisons rather than Hoopers to the front) at 10.45 - 11.00 and we'll meet up with the guys at the Esso station (Cross In Hand) as they come by.
Kitten Art - the route posted turns left before Groombridges so we'll wait at the exit to Esso.

 

Alex, watch out for Finchy near rear entrances!!!

 

Might meet up with those at T Wells sta at 11.
