I will look out for you Gareth and thanks for the invite :) We are planning on stopping at a few pubs on the way so could potentially be drunk in charge of a pushbike at the end! But hey ho I will be with a half a dozen coppers!

The missing ebay seat saga continues!
I would appear it was in fact sent in a timely fashion on the 8th, but thanks to Yodel (who else) not understanding simple logically ascending integers, wasn't delivered to the right house first attempt and second attampt wasn't even attempted (unless they got from here to Dartford in 20 minutes to get it on another van) and thus is now winging it's way back to Exeter to the sending.

I waited in two days for the wankers and parcel arrived after five. No apology. I now ask which courier they use , if they say cheapest , I don,t buy!!!

Sounds a plan, they were sneaky this time and went through Collect Plus, who are apparently a drop off type courier that works via local shops.
Who turns out to be Yodel in disguise!

yesterday actually but p*ssed me off all the same.. finally go the ninja ready for mot, new tyre on wheel, calipers stripped and cleaned etc.. bike was running fine, no probs. took it for aquick blast around the block to make sure it all was ok , then stop at home, call the mot place and get it booked in for mot... booked the mot - went outside to fire the thing up...... alarm not chipping  . check the keyfob yep all ok- check the connections, yup seem fine, little led that flashes isnt on . wheel the bike back to the garage, removed the alarm unit and took it apart to find a lovely burnt smell and i find that the backup litium battery has leaked all over the pcb and corroded it to hell and one of the filtering caps has gone pop.. so im now spending my wedding anniversary repairing traces/replacing components insteading of chilling out....

Have previously found R&G stuff pricey but good, seems they've started using stainless button heads made of butter.

Been waiting over a year to do this!
And, I think, I may just get pulled using either red indicators or white. :giggle:
