    Locking petrol flap on Bee's Tea (car) been tampered with. Had a helluva job getting it to open to fill up.

    Just had a 'frank exchange' with a top tech chap at Continental tyres re the (IMO) short life of my car tyres (11,000 miles for the fronts). Apparently we shouldn't expect more than 9-14k miles in these days of 'high torque' & 'short stopping distances'?? News to me. Actually I don't think theres anything wrong with the tyres, just that I was mis-sold them as I've since found they were specifically for Porsche, not really your family 2.0l diesel Focus est.
