    Hi,

Sorry I haven't been around for a while - been a bit manic...

Following on from a previous post about a new bike meeting place, I have received confirmation that this will be a regular 2nd Weds of every month, for the foreseeable future. I have been assured it will be advertised on the blackboards outside.

The Best Beech Inn is between Wadhurst and Hurst Green and the address is: Mayfield Lane, Wadhurst, TN5 6JH .

I must declare an interest. The Best Beech Inn are supporters of SERV Kent, so I do feel duty bound to plug the event as it is a great venue and will become a good meet, if people support it.

I'll be there (as will the Nuda 900R demo bike), so please do come along and say hi.

Mmm and I always thought the Best Beech was on Mayfield Lane (B2100) between Wadhurst (B2099) to Mark Cross (A267)
And as was said before what is being offered to encourage anybody to come (apart from a demo bike and a blackboard)?, especially as sunset must be about 7.20/7.30 ish by next week.

Me and names... :-( You're right, of course. It is Mark Cross and not Hurst Green!

If you're looking for a free pool table then this is not the night for you. If you want good food (curry and a drink special night), chat with other bikers, watch (or even play but I leave them to it) top trials riders climbing over giant cotton reels then why not come along and see. I can guarantee the drink (hot or cold) is better than Oakdene et al.
