Not strictly today but....In the past 6 months I have run a full marathon, completed the london to brighton cycle ride and now a half marathon! For an overweight, soon to be 46 asthmatic that has never been into sport (or anything remotely connected to fitness at this kind of level) this made me smile...Even though my knees are really quite painfull now! Never again!!!!!! Well...I have to get my knees checked and maybe, just maybe there may be one last half marathon next year ;)

A 77yr old man on Medical Emergency. He has an aortic aneurysm, his wife is telling him off for wanting to take lawnmower round the garden as it might have caused it to burst. An ex-racer he said "Hitting the dip at the bottom of Paddock Bend at Brands Hatch, that would have done it!" Love it :D

While out on the bike today I got to the head of slow moving traffic on a good rd in Eastbourne:rolleyes: to find a 3 litre Phaeton (2nd one I've ever seen) driven by a clueless blue rinse aged at least 80.
Later I saw a paper headline 'Upskirt pic of Cheryl Cole' . Got to thinking...is that a specialist branch of photography? I mean do some reporters just do that all day long & what do they talk about when they get home?;)

They talk about the 10k they sold the image for to some news paper, so the answer is yes they drive around all day knowing where said people are :(

So how does he prove the ID of who he says it is? Is a gusset like a fingerprint?
