Easy....don't go so fast, always assume there are sheep ahead and always remember to kiss your ass goodbye regularly!

    But, still a good vid.

My internet connection is so weak that I rather lost the thread of what I was supposed to be watching. Indeed the only 'moment' I noticed was the rider overtaking a car on the left and finding a sheep dithering in the road ahead. Were these supposed to be 'tut, tut; I NEVER do that' episodes?

Is it sign that maybe you've maybe been driving/riding for too long that you see everything as a hazard?

My now ex-girlfriend was taking her driving test a couple of years ago and had one of the hazard awareness DVD's so I had a go. I was pretty much clicking everything whether it be a pot hole, child with ball, dog, sheep, car at junction (you get the idea). Wouldn't like to redo my test now.

I had to do the hazard perception bit for my bike test & failed the "home test" a few times. Then I listened to the wording again & you are asked to spot the "developing" hazards & not the "potential" hazards.

    Here`s an example.

Riding along & you see a hearse parked on the left, outside a house, on a slight right hand bend with is rear doors open but no-one around. This is, technically, a hazard BUT for the purpose of the test it ISN`T counted as its not developing. It becomes a developing hazard when the pall bearers come out of the house carrying a coffin as they will be assumed to be going to the rear of the hearse to load the coffin.

This is a slightly extreme example but you get the idea.

It may seem that way but whos to say the "inhabitant" of the coffin got his new accommodation from a road related incident? As it was a video, I didn`t get the chance to stop & ask ;)
