    Makes me sick reading that surely this part says it all and she should be prosecuted "Pereira completely failed to heed stop signs clearly positioned at the junction and a solid white line across the road, as well as ‘Stop’ painted on the road." the accident was her fault for not stopping..

    Jack, she will be prosecuted as shes now entered a guilty plea of Death by Caress Driving, the lesser of the 2 offences.

    My money says after pleading not guilty to either charge & it was a 50/50 split. Shes decided to plead guilty now in case the new jury find her guilty of the more serious charge of Death By Dangerous Driving.     thats good to know, not gunna lie dont understand the whole court thing but glad she will be prosectued..
