Progressive Wednesday evening 4 September

I know this is quite far west for most on this forum, but it would be good to see any other Westerners .
Come on, get on one before the end of the season.

Meet at The Grasshopper Inn, Moorhouse, Nr Westerham, TN16 2EU.
(Please note NOT The Grasshopper IN Westerham!)
Depart 1815
Return about 2.5 hours later for swift drink (but not necessarily at The Grasshopper).

Not sure what the weather forecast for Wednesday is, but will stop play. Watch this space.

If you do attend I would advise clear visors as even if sunny it's dark under trees etc once dusk sets in.

I would also advise a headlight that works .

 

Have 'almost' made the last two. Will try again!

 

Because the nights are drawing in I would rather spend the daylight riding and end up with only a short ride home in the dark, so no Blueboys for me. I'll try to make a few more in high summer next year.

 

Weather is looking good for this evening, so lets get out there!.
Will be about 2 hours on the road, then 2 hours in the pub .

Thanks for a fun evening Jim. Some roads (hope they weren't too bumpy) I haven't been down for a while, stunning sunset over stunning scenery, finished off with a shandy in a real country local. Lovely .

I remembered to switch on my headlight this evening, and it didn't blow.
It was wonderful to be able to see where I was going!
