    I am now getting tempted to go and cut the directors head off just to make me feel better.

    Oh and they use an insurance company based outside of the uk so the ombudsman can't do anything and instead I now have to try the Danish version which could be interesting. Does anyone speak Flemish ????:fume::fume::fume::fume::fume::fume::fume::fume::fume::fume::fume:

    I would seriously never use them for anything, their documents aren't worth the paper they are printed on. Looks like a court battle now :thumbsdown:

    I hate to say this but I never read anything good regarding MCE and claiming. They always come up tops regarding price which I guess is why so many use them, including me in the past. I now avoid them regardless of how attractive heir quote is.

    Good luck in your fight - they really are scummy s***s.

    It has to be said that since I started to look into it all I have heard is how bad they are. :thumbsdown: the problem is that you don't find out until a claim is needed.
    It's my second year with them on both bikes and I pay for nearly all of the extras, legal cover, European use, I even took out an extra policy when they cold called me about paying to cover my excess so I guess I have paid them over £800 In two years and for what ? fuck all

    I am very tempted and will be doing something but first things first. 1 get my bike back which will be on Monday 2. get my money
    Then i shall embark of a campaign to show the world what a waste of time they are.

    My Mood isn't that bad and anyone who says other wise will be tied behind my back and dragged the full circuit of the A21 :D

    I feel somewhat better today after a conversation with a legal eagle, while not his specialised field, motorbikes are and the advice he gave me was lifting :thumbsup:

    I am sure it will still take weeks or months but i shall be victorious :D:D:D

    My frigging car decided to breakdown today :tbomb:
    the alternator gave up the ghost. £200.00 later and it's fixed but I had already paid out for my insurance on it this week and still need a couple of tyres. It's going to be an expensive month. :cash::sfight:

    Come on, Tom. All of those matters can be fixed with Duct Tape. Or have you run out? I did see a roll when I visited Halfords the other day, so it seems you have not bought the entire factory output. Anyone want to make me a two way Forward price in Duct Tape? :sneaky:

    i think rubbing your head on duct tape to create a static charge to replace that which is generated from the alternator is maybe a tad too much to ask, even for one as talented with duct tape as tom…

    edit…and tom has not let his hair grow to assist with the static capabilities of his head either...

    Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Don't envy you. I was gonna take bike in and then it started chucking it down so I chickened out! Kind of glad I did, even if it meant getting stuck in traffic with every other cager.
