thought i'd start the bikes up, just to remind the pistons how to go 'round n 'round…went to the beemer n noted my rear indicator is melting…. It was fine on our wales trip and everywhere else I've been…maybe because it was being air-cooled rather than sitting idle…anyway…moved the exhaust tip further away from the indicator…and ordered another…:poke: sheeesh...

We have all been there, but I have never been beaten by a stuck bolt but this one has me beaten
I have tried to remove the bolt that secures the rear caliper mounting bracket to my swingarm on the TZR. That B****** was well and truly stuck. Sheared the head off. Oh well, used some heat, whacked it and used a bolt extractor that sheared the rest of it to the top of the swingarm.

So, I drilled it and that was going lovely until for some reason the 6mm drill bit snapped. Had started at 2mm and worked up in 0.5mm increments.

So got some of those easy out things, nothing, they won't budge and were stripping themselves.

I have resorted to using a large flat head screwdriver bit and tried to punch it round to undo it. Nothing!!!!!

This had done me. Only thing left is to take the swingarm out and either replace it or take it to a machine shop.

Replacing it is my preferred option. However, I am going to give it one last attempt and buy some cobalt drill bits and give it another go.

Really REALLY pi$$ed off. Particularly as money is tight at the moment and I am just lobbing cash at the stupid problem.

Took my three year old daughter to a superb play center today but i was amazed listening to the amount mothers shouting at their kids. Bloody hell, it is a play centre, they are excited, having fun, so put your f@@@@@@ phones away, step away from facepants and twatter and join in with them and stop moaning at them for simply being kids.

Wan**rs that decided to steal the centre caps from the off side of my car last night , if the little Kunitz are that hard up I'd give them the poxy money rather than scratching the alloys with a screwdriver!:mad::mad::fume:
