Had the bike shunted been newer then this would be in Insurers hands and they would apportion blame to the following rider. Pete has decided to repair his own bike which is very gracious of him.

Sh't happens - nice the guys involved were able to sort it out amicably.

TBH I always try to stagger myself with a rider who is in front of me just in case of sudden decision changes/braking - like suddenly turning left off dual carriageways !!!

Would everyone involved in this accident please contact me. I can help you get the compensation you are obviously due from the other riders, the local council, the government, the church, SEC and various other forums, and the local women's institute. I am very concerned to hear that riders 1 and 3 have been housebound and in constant pain since the incident, as have the three pillions they were each carrying. We will also sue all car drivers for not driving down the road, because If they had, no one would have pulled out.

Hmmm that sounds like an admission of guilt. Add another one to list :)

I got whiplash reading about it. It's put back my entire recovery. I've given up any hope of riding (the bike I'd reserved) ever again. And I am now going to suffer constant flashbacks and have a reason for sexual failure. ;)

I think you'll find that, legally, my statement cannot be construed as an admission of guilt, only that it expresses relief that I do not have to spend an exorbitant amount of money proving my innocence.

If you continue with these vile insinuations I will have no option but to place it in the hands of my daughter solicitor!:finger2:

No amount of compensation would induce me to admit to THAT!
