It's no laughing matter losing someone though! In future my runs will have strict rules regarding "corner marking" or "keep up with the rider behind" methods. JimBo star bursts must become a thing of the past.

It was a good ride up to that point too. Always a bit worrying as, especially when it's one person, you always wonder if they have a mechanical issue or, even worse, are lying in a ditch somewhere .
