    Hey that endure bit turned out to be the safer option compared to the main road later which was a lot deeper in gravel everywhere. But still an interesting choice of road to go down. :giggle:

    It is shame when people suggest a rideout, plan a route and things conspire to go awry. Sounds like the policy of "cheap as chips" road dressing with no regard for two wheeled safety has struck again - wanton disregard for public safety springs to mind. Glad everyone is OK albeit in some discomfort.
