Universal Phone / Satnav Mounts

Morning All!

So an old friend of mine has a universal pouch that he attached with velcro loops to hold his phone in for SatNav purposes? When he rode the Sprint down here he had it over the Metal area in the middle of the handle bars?

It was a bit like this -

Just nowhere near as fancy or expensive!

I have an old iPhone 4S that I have an Ultimate Addons case for that I use on a RAM mount, but the new bike doesnt have a RAM Mount yet so I cant use that for the ride home later this week, though 'getting lost' wouldn't be the worst thing! would just mean a longer ride!

Well after a bit of a flurry of activity on the Sprint 1050 Facebook started by our own @RedRock (I assume) I ended up buying a TomTom Rider 400 on the way home, but also a Teflerizer RamMount to mount it on!

I did also get a bag simulate to the one you linked just incase!

 

It was me that started the facebook question on Ram mounts. Glad to hear to have got your's sorted. I may well be in contact with you shortly to get Bob's details to order a yolk nut mount - they looked the best option from the photo. Not long to collection date for you now

 

Feel free @RedRock i have not even had to pay for mine yet! I have 7 days to pay once it arrives! Such a nice guy!!

As for collection date - 26 hours, not that I am counting!

 

My Sprint ram mount is fitted to the yoke nut, I prefer the sat nav mounted in the middle
