    it is for all fixed cameras hence they are using hand held mobile ones to get around that making it sneaky and another cash cow

    Hmmm seems a bit underhand to me. And why specify bikers? Most bikers are the safest people on the road because we learn to look so far ahead and know that anything could happen. Most car drivers look at the end of their bonnet. :hgiggle:

    sneeky me thinks, though I would hope most of us would slow if we saw a horse box at the side of road not knowing if it was empty and said just about to come round it ?
