    Just visiting my folks back in Poland. And boy, them bikers, don't like their skin. Ca. 5% use of full gear :eek:.

    ouch if they come off but as long as they know the risk it's their choice. I just hate it when the pillion has less protective gear than the rider.

    There is mum that takes her daughter to school on the back of her vespa style scooter thingy. Her daughter is probably no more than 8 years old and she turns up with her just in her school uniform dress, cardigan and school shoes plus an open face helmet. I can't begin to explain how utterly mad this makes me every time I see the feckin idiot do this to her daughter. I fear I may say something soon :fume:

    There's also lack of education, ie. no BikerDown, etc. And of course a macho factor- full gear is for sissies.
